This critter is confined in my bathtub (where I found it this morning) awaiting execution. I just have to find somebody to do the deed for me, 'cause I am totally phobic about potato bugs. I can take its picture, but that's as far as I can go. Can't engage in any activity where it might possible touch me.

| Shoes work well to get rid of bugs like that. If you want to be humane about it a small bucket and a piece of paper will help that bug find its way back outside. |

How about covering him with a glass, then pushing a postcard underneath to contain him and then carrying him outside. He gets out of your life but still got his. That's how I usually deal with bugs :)

He's under a custard cup right now and my revised plan is to have a recruit do the paper-underneath-capture move and take him as far away from my house as humanly possible. As much as I hate these monsters, I'd hate dealing with their dead parts even more. Don't want to deal with the karma either. EEEEEEEWWWWWWWW.

If I wanted to eat something that ugly, I'd go on Fear Factor or Survivor and get (potentially) paid for it! Besides, I'm a vegetarian. As of 2 minutes ago!
