Can someone plase tell me how to apply the border? I got the ones from 'Download' but don't know how to use them on my pics |

this tutorial shows you how to make a border... you can make any size, type of border once you know how
What program do you have to work on your photos with ? the action you downloaded needs to be used in photoshop

Some programs have 'add borders' option. Very basic borders and easy to use. PSP has it under the 'Image' tab at the top.
Edited to add: Did you check in the 'help' section of your program?
