Adobe Lightroom: I'm not sure how many of you are using this yet but I started about a week ago and it has completely changed my workflow.

It's in a beta test and it is a free upload. Once I got used to the controls I was blow away with how it handled DNG and Raws. It works seamlessly with any adobe product. I particularly like its sharpening/smoothing features. I would highly recommend you check this out.
I haven't used Aperture yet but I image its the PC answer to that application.

It is a beta test so there are some things I would like to see changed, but, for me, it was/is highly worth the download.
