I turned off my scores. I'm actually doing quite well without an update button. But here's the problem - I think it's called "transference"... Now I constantly check my "Comments received" number... and it hasn't moved in over 48 hours! I don't know if I can take it. Should I turn scores back on and hit "update" instead?

Comments received doesn't reflect challenges-in-voting comments until the voting is done. "Addiction" is the right word, dearling. Try coming up here and spending your time shooting instead of clicking. You can do the dishes too :-)

LOL!! I hear ya - it's totally addicting - either way - it's too late. I have the same problem... maybe we need a support group... :-)

Actually, "comments received" on the profile page *does* update when you comments in a current challenge - it's how I keep track when I have scores turned off.

And I'll do dishes if you cook. :-) Of course, here I just throw them away, then go buy more in those big bags of 500 at CostCo....

When are you going to Cali? I *may* be near your neck of the woods the third weekend in September. Still working that one...

I did the same thing. So I know what you mean. If it's killing you to look, just take a quick peek.

I looked Friday morning. No need to look again. I'll just wait 'til tomorrow to see if I managed to stay above the bottom quartile... :-)

I'd rather see comments on my uncommented portfolio pics, but I'd settle for a DNMC or two on my current entry in Abstract Food...
