I'm still really new to the model scene, but I had a chance to work with some more models last night. Here are a few of the images that I captured (some have been edited, some have not):

Well, the models are definitely HAWT! And, you've done a really good job of working with and capturing them.

Yeah it looks like you got a knack for doing it. The photos look very nice. I've had some problems with orienting myself towards people. I think its because I get frusterated, and they feel that energy, so the photos tend to come out unnatural. |

I know the Canon tags JPGs from the camera with IMG_*, so I know you shot these in JPEG. I'd really suggest doing model shoots in RAW for the simple fact that skin-tones are VERY sensitive to WB imperfections. The human eye picks up a slightly greenish or bluish skin quickly.
Plus, especially with light-skinned models such as the redhead, you may find yourself needing that extra dynamic range to kep from blowing her skin highlights. You've come close on a few of these.

I don't know if I would go this far fotomann, beings they look 14. LOL. But they are pretty, and I'm not sure I envy their dad at this point. |

Those are very nice, the only thing is that the poses seem a little forced, they don't look confortable. The ones at the bottom are good, but the skin tones are too blown out. (just my honest opinion, I don't want to sound mean)
 these 2 are my favorites

Just one note... The Digital Rebel (I have one of those too) uses both a prefix and an extension to indicate a raw file (i.e. CRW_####.CRW, if I remember correctly). The Canon 20D and 5D both use only the extension (i.e. IMG_####.CR2) to indicate a raw file.
All of the images here were shot in raw and converted using RawShooter Premium (RIP).

Umm... I think the girl at the top is probably the youngest (and "hawtest") of the bunch. But she is 19, not 14. |

No offense taken, I *really* appreciate the feedback. |

I was going through the rest of my pictures and decided there were a few more that I liked. The last two are the same image, just different croppings... I'm curious as to which you prefer:
