For anyone that is going to be shooting in the Washington area, especially around the Puget Sound region, a good place to ask questions is at this forum: //www.nwphotographers.net/forum/

The people on this forum are very willing to give out advice of where to shoot and best times, etc. And if you are into shooting Eagles, Osprey, Owls, Heron and other birds in the area, there are some real serious bird shooters on the forum that can tell you were all the best spots are... not to mention some great bird shots that they have posted.
