I entered an unusual view of an overhead clock for the perspectives challenge. Oops.

Which one of these do you like best? I couldn't decide, and wound up picking the wrong one. I still like my entry as a photo, but it really wasn't the right perspectives shot.

The favorite of my daughters and mother-in-law, but didn't draw me in as much as the others:


This seemed too much like other spiral staircase shots. I did like the framing, though, as you get a double spiral effect - the two spirals start on opposite sides:


This was my personal favorite, but others said they saw it as more of an abstract instead of a 3-D scene. I also considered entering this into the lines challenge since I see the friction stripes as creating secondary curves (anyone else see that?):

The second one shows perspective the best, the third is the strongest shot overall.

I guess I'm different. I like #2 then #1. #3 is interesting ... it throws me for a loop when I look at it (almost makes me dizzy). Interesting that a simple photograph can do that...
