Are the owners the ones that come up with the challenge titles/topics and descriptions? Or is it the site council that puts them together? I'm confused on the Black and White in Color challenge. The description is terrible and I know I'm not the only one that is confused. That's not the point of this thread though (although the creator(s) should post a better description!)...I'm just curious how this site is run, managed, etc.

The site members suggest challenges in forum threads, and the SC add them to the database ready to be schedules by the site admins. If the user suggestion doesnt have a description, the SC can add one. I don't know who wrote the current ones, but I agree, they're pretty bad!
