I recently did two wedding for friends with the agreement I would make them each CDs, and they could print any photos they wanted, and I had the rights to all photos for use in my portfolio.

I must have done something right from those two weddings I have been asked to do 3 more weddings and suddenly today while talking to the one bride I realized I need 2 things. Can anyone direct me to a good contract to use for wedding photography, and secondly, anyone know where I can find a "Brides Checklist" of photos she wants taken?
