See why I'm thankful I am not single. ;-)
I got married at 18, divorced at 24. I was single once for about 2 years. Oddly, I was not sober most of that time. I was never cut out for single life.
Now I should go before my wife catches me in here and I become single again. |

I'm single. Very single. Been very single for 15 yrs now (that's how long divorced). Wow...didn't realize how pathetic that sounded. My mom says I'm too picky. Hmmm...I think my ex husband made me that way..lol!!
I'm a nice girl that wants a nice boy. He should be smart, funny, an animal lover, photographer a plus, have a job, no jail time, not currently under psychiatric care, and UNMARRIED (I'm kind of a stickler on that one). If you fit the bill and is reasonably close to Ohio, feel free to email me!!

Hey there is nothing wrong with being 38. Heck...next year I will be 40...oh boy. My photographic partner turns 40 three weeks before I turn 40. Both him and I are going to get drunk as skunks and have a massive party. Wahooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm single, and hating it.
Looking for a nice girl, sense of adventure and humor, likes quiet things (stargazing, sitting by the water, etc), likes romance. Good taste in music a plus, love of photography a plus, Canon equipment a big plus. However, will consider Nikon users...
And suddenly I feel pathetic...

Ok, those who worries about 40+...
I am 42 (in august) and it didn't hurt on my 40th birthday... it was just like other day...
:D
the best years start after 40... whatever you do in 20s were stupid, 30s experiencing new things for 40s.
40s, you use all your experiences full throttle ;)

My suggestion is to go about 2/3-throttle in your 40s (except when passing), or you run a real risk of the 50s and 60s and so on running at about 1/3-throttle -- involuntarily. |

SWM here... Loves long walks on the beach (with long zoom lens), cuddling (preferrably nude), and kids (18 or older) :-)

GeneralE Good advice for sure, but from the perspective of someone in the "and so on" category who is still running full speed ahead, my advice is, "oh, what the heck, GO for it! The memories are worth it!" |

I'm single and staying that way - not that anyone is knocking at my door to change that. lol
Seriously - dating is great, but marriage gets boring in my mind. At least my ex got boring. Maybe if I were to hook up with another photog, hiker type, get in a bears face type of guy I would let him stick around a while.
