| Hello fellow dpchallengers. Just as I was beginning to become a little more involved in this community I now have to take another leave of absense. I was going to enter at least 2 of the 3 current challenges and had already taken my photos for one, but as luck would have it.. wednessday morning my computer bit the dust, then wednessday afternoon I had a falling out with my place of employment. I'm a maintenance man so leaving work also meant finding a new place to live. Long story short, my pictures are on a hard drive that I can't access because all I have is a laptop, and I can't afford a new system for months to come. I also lost my photoshop disc in all the confusion and this laptop has a horrible monitor so I wouldn't trust entering pictures edited on this computer anyways. It was fun and I hope in the future I can become more involved as photography is one of my passions. I'll still come here to vote and comment on challenges when I have the time. Thanks everyone for the comments on the photos I managed to upload before my computer died. |

In my experience having a falling out with one's employer is a hardship in the short term but usually a blessing in the long run. Hope thing start to get better for you real soon.
