If you have never been to www.despair.com and checked out their humorous views and wonder photography you may not know what I am talking about...so go check out few of the demotivators.

Idea: The little guys in corporate america trying to get their idea(s) to upper management.

We all know that those ideas are stimied at the middle manager level. either tossed aside, never to be heard again or they end up becoming the middle manager's idea and move up the food chain.

Poster Concept: In the vein of despair dot com.

Photo: Long shot down a street with leading lines across lots of potholes (california has plenty of them)

Keyword: Ideas (or similar)

Explative paragraph: Something along the lines of (this is where the wordsmiths come in) There are many potholes on the information (knowledge) highway...

Any Ideas on the verbaige? Anyone got some cool pothole photos?

(I'm posting this in a hurry so I won't forget btt I get to work and oh yeah my CEO shows up there in about an hour)
