| Challenge submission deadline - it's at the END of the day, right? I keep thinking a deadline of, say, Monday the 9th, means I have to submit by the midnight between Sunday and Monday, but I keep realizing I have an extra day that way... |

yep 12:00 midnight eastern time on the date posted... for example...
Submission Deadline: July 9, 2006

tomorrow at midnight!
