Crap. You have a beautiful wife and the ability to bring life to images. That is something you cannot buy and yet many want.

I beg, to disagree Phil, as you have a really warm heart, and it shows in all your wonderful images that you have in your portfolio, dear friend.....

Wow. You two ladies sure do know how to bring a tear to the old eye don'tcha? Some good people here indeed and you guys are two of the finest. I think it's obvious to see what your greatest strengths are.

It's always easier to see your weaknesses... for that reason and others I cannot say for sure what my strengths are. In time I'll figure it out, for now I'll just shoot.

Strengths?

Time trials.

Weaknesses?

Sprinting, and climbing w/ the true mountain goats!

In photography?

Perhaps seeing beauty in something ordinary that others pass by. Or at least I would like to claim that, but can't say for sure what others think.

I too have issues sometimes with getting images sharp, I think for the most part it's shaky hands.

I'd like to think my strength is that I am developing my own way of showing my ideas to the world.

one of my strong points is i know my way around my cameras menu like the back of my hand. not sure what half of it does when I change it but I am learning. My strength would have to be longer exposures night shots, fireworks, sunsets. Ive had a little luck with animal shots.

I have spent a great deal of time experimenting in low light conditions so It is definately where I have the most experience playing with shutter speed ISO flash direction etc etc etc.....

whos next ?

My strength is my ability to capture serious subjects with a high degree of journalistic value and dramatic emotion - images that are destined to change the world, I think. Another strength is my complete lack of sarcasm, cynicism and wit - this helps me focus on creating somber, stirring images. I rarely even smile.

My weakness is that I am a pathological liar.

I'm sure you're not telling us the truth about being a liar :)

Strenghts, eh? Good question. I'm good at making shallow images :) No. That sounds wrong. I think I'm good at abstracting, at giving impressions in images (at least I hope I'm good at that). And I'm good with smoke stacks.

Puh-leeeze. In an endless sea of grundge, angst, despair, etc. you have a gift for capturing the unpopular sides of human emotion: Joy, happiness, contentment, etc. :)

I'm good at persisting with an image even when I know it's sooooooo wrong.
And killing threads, of course,..goes without saying...

My strength is shooting for things that don’t have a challenge for them. My best shots are ones I shot just becauseâ€Â¦almost everything I have done for challenges doesn’t quite compare to what I do just for myselfâ€Â¦I don’t know what that means but it is pretty much true.

Clint

Disclaimerâ€Â¦the stuff I do that isn’t for challenges may not be AWESOMEâ€Â¦but it usually is better than things I submit here. If you question this go here to see my favorite shots that I have done...also I need to shoot more people...and less things.

My strength is in seeing light and what it can do. My weakness is in not being able to do anything stunning with it.

hmm.. I think my strength is to make an idea develope in my head, untill the smallest detail and being able to catch that on a photo. Something like that?

I'm not good at intuitive photography, like weddings, candids, photojournalism etc.

My strength is... ummm... no, that's not it... ummmm... wait, I'll think of something.... nope, I won't! :)

My strength: Willingness to get up off the mat, dust myself off, and enter the next challenge (no matter how poor the previous picture was).

My weakness: Willingness to subject everyone to yet another of my photos (no matter how poor the previous picture was).

My addiction: Photo challenges.... Please, I need another photo challenge....

Strengths; timing, making mid-day flat light work, previsualizing,

Weakness; portraits, setting up those previsualized shots,

Strengths -- composition, previsualization

Weaknesses -- Exposure (I usually forget to think about it) and implementation (probably because I am the queen of procrastination and try to rush my *awesome* ideas and causing them fall far short of their potential)

Strength?...I can chuck as much wood as a woodchuck can any day...probably more.

Seriously...visualizing my ideas. This is rapidly followed by my lack of ability to execute them.
