I was tinkering around a little with the camera and with photoshop this weekend, and took this one. ...any critique appreciated.
I've struggled with monitor calibration, and plan to get a pantone huey soon. Does the colour balance look visibly off to you?

It looks great to me. The color does not look off. I wish she had been looking directly toward you, otherwise very nice!

Technically the image looks good; focus, lighting, processing, etc look fine. Compositionally - since her eyes are directed to the left, it would make more sense to leave space in that direction so the viewer has some sense of the direction she's looking. As it is, it feels cropped too tight on that side in my opinion. Again, technically sound, would love to see a few more.
