How do you do it? Lets say I wanted to watch videos from mtvoverdrive.com on my ipod, what programs would I need to rip that video to a convertable form for my ipod?

I know of at least two Mac programs that allow you to do this (including from DVDs). If you use windows, there must be 20. Try iLounge.com

If you use windows after the video has loaded in IE click on....

tools...
Internet Options...
Settings...
View Files...
then find the file (you must know the file name though. If you don't have a clue you want to delete all the files in the temp folder then reload the video. At that point it "should" be the only video in the folder.

I don't gaurantee it will work, but it has for me.
