I was working on some Internationalisation stuff at work and thought....
"wouldn't it be great if some kind people from DPC provided translated versions of the basic and advanced rules........"
if my mother tongue wasn't English I'd appreciate the translation to understand some of the nuances of the rules.

Yeah, translations would be a good thing. Perhaps when the rewrite that is in progress is completed someone could attempt it. If I understand the direction the rewrite is going, they are attempting to state it as short simple statements instead of long-winded paragraphs. This alone should make it easier to translate, I would think.
