I am looking for a good name brand CF chip available in Canada. (no the walmart one below will not ship, I did try) I am looking for 2 or 4 GB from a reliable vendor. Anyone have a good spot? Dell.com will not ship ditto with usa walmart :-(

All help would be vastly appeciated. My last 4gb chip seems a bit flaky at times, so a good brand would make me feel better.

zipzoomfly.com - i've used them, not sure they'll ship to canada.
egghead.com (the've gone in with amazon...will amazon ship to Canada?)

ebay? always somone on there that will. i say i don't, but if a canuck PMs me I tell them i will. It's just more hassle that's all. I shipped soemthing last week, a GPS unit, and the PO here had me fill out three forms - they kept changing their mind on which was the required one. and we're hoping it doesn't get hung up in customs.

pas de probleme. I've been using these cards for about a year with both the D70 and D200. Never had any errors (other than the human kind) and they read/write faster than my buffer fills up, so no apparent speed issues either. I think they also have 1GB cards for C$59.

not sure how Dell is with returns etc, but i know Costco let's you return just about anything for any reason. I have a friend who returned tires there once. AFTER he'd driven on them. who returns tires?

Fry's/Buy.com had some off-brand on sale just for today, $40 USD for a 2GB 60x card (either CF or SD) -- I bought one in the store (but haven't tried it out yet); don't know if it's available online ....
