| A few weeks back I entered a contest at 'picture.com'. I just got a letter from them saying that my photograph has progressed to the next round, and my photo is going to be put in their annual book. Is the real? |

'SCAM'!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are so many people who have been through that on this site...but I believe none were clueless enough to actually send them any money...save yourself the trouble and delete the e-mail.

it took me a moment to figure what word you meant, but no 'picture.com' is just trying to get you to pay for a book of photos that contain your photo in them. If you search the forums for "'picture.com'" or "'scam'" you may find a number of threads that will further address this issue for you.
