Well... it's a 'form' of digital photography... :) I have a Sony Handycam with DV output (it's the DCR-HC24) Lovely little machine, very pleased with it.

However, I notice when I transfer a video to my PC using the USB cable the highest resolution is something like 320x240

If I use a firewire cable (or i.link as Sony calls it) will I see an improvement in resolution/quality?
