I just wonder if it's possible to have a personal tally of how many times you have viewed an image.
It could be under the the other image statistics, something like "Views by user: 6"

In theory, sure... but that's a heck of a lot of data to store and a heck of a lot of additional queries to run. There are currently some 18 billion data points to account for.
