I suggest a challenge whit no-names on the photos.

Sounds interesting.. But we'd still need a topic to follow wouldnt we.
Yeah, I have seen many pics that do not reflect the topic 'till I read the title. It might be interesting. Photos should speak a thousand words, not the other way around. =) |

This is more or less a personal choice to use titles and if you look through past challenges you will see there are photos that are entitled "Untitled." Some artist out there chose to never title a photo, painting, or any type of artwork, however others don't like the facelessness of being untitled.
Titles are one of those things that are a personal choice. After the challenge photos are often talked about in the forum and referred to by name, in this case it would be Untitled Photo Number 134. Titling shouldn't even be an issue with a challenge. Titles should not influence a vote during a challenge it should be there only to enhance the photo. Taking it away would be taking the photos personality from it. |
