...save images in RGB (not CMYK, LAB or INDEXED) JPG files using Photoshop?

Almost all images are in RGB to start with. If not, look under IMAGE>MODE in the menu and make sure RGB is checked. Then do SAVE AS or SAVE AS COPY and pick the JPEG mode, or use SAVE FOR WEB.
