tell me.. I have read the rules, but want to be sure.. Is it not allowed to use ND400 filters? To take long exposures in daylight you probably need to use one, is it allowed or shall I go out at night time? What about spot healing if you have dust on your lens? Not allowed? Please do not copy the rules and send me, I am asking because I am not sure what they mean :o)

Sorry if the question sounds stupid :o(

The "filters" referred to in the rules are post-processing filters from the software--not the ones you place in front of your lens.

No spot editing is allowed in basic. No selections that don't include all the pixels. (So clean your lens and filters before you shoot.)
