I watched the moon rize over Seattle last Saturday, what a sight. Here's one of my many shots.

great shot Frank. I'm wondering what "slightly" qualifies as. The moon does look just a bit pasted in there, but not too bad. Certainly makes it dramatic.

Why modify? The moon has a "scissors and paste" look to it. Post the original?

ya, it's not the size, it's the luminosity. Go back to the supersized moon and bump up the brightness until it is even a bit overexposed. I think we are used to seeing shots like that and that's why the properly exposed moon looks fake.

Now that's the stuff Caba. The second shot is superior in every way. It looks very authentic and technically nailed.
