Holy cow, just finished watching this off the DVR. What a game!!! The history! The freaking incredible stops the Polish goalie had made! Poland playing a man down! The double crossbar sequence in the box! Then all for nothing in stoppage time with a beautiful goal!
Wow! This was a good one. I really was pulling for the tie for Poland hoping they could beat Costa Rica and then squeak into the knockout rounds.
Glad I watched this one. |

Yeah, Germany deserved a goal after that double crossbar incident!!! What an incredible way to win a game in your home country.
One thing about being laid up in bed post surgery is I am awake half the night to watch the World Cup! All the games are being shown in the middle of the night here in Guam. Makes for good nighttime entertainment..LOL

Yeh great game - Hey Jennifer good luck with your op. I had an op last week and now have 2 weeks to recover, shame its the same time as the world cup!!
