Hey My Sony DSC-S70 takes beautiful photos but as soon as I resize them for the challenges on here the pictures get pixelated and look just like crap any suggestions to help with this stupid problem? (It's beginning to annoy me greatly

What software are you using? Can you post a non-challenge shot so we can see what is going on.

My highest scores are still the ones I took with my S70

I'm using Corel Paint Shop Pro X. The other cameras don't seem to have the problem with it There not here so I can't use them >.< It doesnt do it to all photos.. just most especially the ones I want for challemges it HATES me I swear


Maybe it's just on its last legs?

is the original (unresized) image showing problems?
I suspect it's the way you resized, or your software.
If you can send an original (unresized) it would be sweet.

Original of failure the originals are like 2084 by 1536 if that helps

See there HUGE lol To resize I just go to Edit scroll down to resize and type in the dimensions..
Anyways I have to go to work I'll be back in like 3 hours

there is no problem resizing your original.
Look at my attempts below, I merely resized 50% without doing anything else.
And the other one, I resized AND sharpened.
Look at how it starts to resemble your "bad" examples?
My guess is, is it resulting from your sharpening or post-editing? Coz it has got nothing to do with your camera.
