Somehow they redirected my website to theirs.

Has anyone faced that problem before? I e-mailed to them just now, but this is a violation of my rights, and if not fixed, I will have to sue their company.

Update:

It is fixed now... I am not sure how that happened, but I am hoping it won't happen again.
