Hey June!
I use mine on Location all the time. The Busy Bee package came with all the stuff needed for transport -well, the bags anyway. I've never had any issues with it moving it from place to place though. Just make sure you keep "sand" barrels (I use gallon jugs filled with sand) to weight everything down, as well as Tie downs and bungies for softboxes - espeically if your going to be outside. I can break down my entire set up in less than 20 min, unless its the big softbox, and then its easier with a little help. Usually though, I leave that at home and travel with Brollys. :) I recommend lots and lots of little bungie cords in your travel kit, gaffers tape and a sense of humor about topples. Bring extra modeling bulbs with you though - its easy enough to whap one trying to put an umbrella on. The stands dont feel terribly user friendly to me, I pull when I should push and push when I should pull, but you get used to them fast enough. The BIG softboxes are easier with an extra set of hands to put together, but its not neccisary. I spent a few days packing them up COMPLETELY and then unpacking them again so that I could build up some speed and familiarity with them before I tried taking them all out of the house.
I don't have the powering system yet, its on the list. Right now its long extention cords, blue painters tape and carpet samples to cover all my cording with. LOL
