1) What guidelines would you suggest for voting? I have a feeling I'm voting too high; which is probably good news to some, and annoying as heck to others.
2) Are the votes anonymous? (This is not a question asked so I can start rating people lowly, just to be an ass - I'm just wondering if people engage in tit-for-tat playground politics wrt who gave them what rating).
Thanks!
Petra :-)

1) Find a system that works for you and stick with it. High votes just balance out all that complaining about trolls.
2) Yes, unless you use math. |

Thanks, klstover. Luckily, I hate math. :-D

Some people (members with update buttons) do use math to match comments with votes, so theoretically if you comment, your score could be guessed. |

I recommend the following:
1) Woody shots, rubber duck and guys with bandanas are automatic 10
2) Wear the bag |

I've noticed your rubber duckies and woodys, Art Roflmao. They totally turn me on, and I'm happy to say your whacky creativity will always score a 10 wit'me, bay-bee. :-D
klstover - interesting about the math thing. I'll make sure I wear a bag. ;-p |

Just vote as you see fit - there are no rules, no matter how they try to convince you that there is one :) |

Cheers, crayon. As I don't really understand much of the technical aspects of photography (yet), I vote according to what appeals to my eye. I hope that is enough for now. :)
