Hey all, i've been reading some of the threads on candid photography, and it looks like fun (saw an awesome compilation buy someone in the human scanvenger hunt thread). Anyway, before doing something like that in australia, I was wondering if anyone has any tips on the legal aspects?
So far what the best i found is
//www.4020.net/unposed/photorights.shtml
which covers federal, and NSW law, but i'm wondering if theres anything specific for victoria? In particular i like their 2 page handout on photography rights (but its a bit NSW specific... i suppose its better than nothing, but anyone have a victorian one?)
Thanks
