I took this today at my niece's grad party. Would love some comments.

I think his face is defective, its not supposed to look like that! :) It's a cute picture, though a technically difficult shot to pull off. The only real thing I'd correct is to increase the contrast a little bit. Isolate the couple if you could, to increase their contrast without blowing the sky any more.

Both look pretty good. In the first image, the couple could be brightened up a bit with levels and the tree at the upper left is a bit distracting - maybe you could clone that out?. Compare it to the second and you'll see what I mean.

Also, I would have preferred a shallower DOF so the background would be less distracting (for example, the car in the second shot).

The photos are both excellent, but let's look at the more obvious issue here.

This is "Becky and Boyfriend"


And this is "Becky and Paul"


Two things stand out for me -
1. Becky has some 'splainin to do!
and...
2. Paul's teeth

as for Art's comment on Paul's teeth...he does have a big smile but that is how Paul is...lol

he's a character!!

I definately like the second one better. better lighting on there face and good cathlights. also the secind has a more fun feel to it. she looks like shes annoyed with her boyfriend in the first one.

Very nice shots, I agree that the first one could be lightened up a bit.

Cute couple.
