If I take a photo and modify it drastically, and then use it as a background for another photo by displaying it on the monitor, will that be legal under Basic? What if that background was an important part of the new photo and took up a lot of space?
The new image will of course make use of that background creatively, but will it be legal? |

As long as there are other things in the photo. The monitor just can't comprise 100% of the shot. Using it as a background is fine. |

Yeah, that has been tested quite a few times around here, so it's safe to say it'd be legal.
