If you want a photo to be sold do you save it for the web (200kb) when you upload it to your profile or do you save as is (6mb). Because if you save for the web it saves space, but the print won't be as clear.
Also, do you have to follow the same dimension rules for porfolios as you would in challenges? |

No, you want to upload the full res version. If you go on the menu bar at the top, under DPCPrints>Help, there is a good FAQ section that covers the whole dpcprints process very well.
There is no restriction for portfolio images, but I know a lot of people (myself included) pretty much stick to the same format as you would for a challenge entry. Just depends on how much space you want to use.
When you upload a print file, you can do it from the manage page of a shot already in your portfolio, or you can start from scratch with a new image and it gives you a choice of size for the matching portfolio image. Ok, :-) maybe I'm not explaining it very well, but the FAQ should answer any questions you may have.
