All the forest fires in BC have been sending a bunch of smoke our way, which really sucks for the smell and the limited visibility, but does some beautiful things for our sunsets. this was taken from an Observation tower on Tunnel Mountain, literally 500KM (300miles) from the fires. Almost zero retouch to the photo - resize and simple border.

Hmmm...I was supposed to go to a training camp in Canmore had I been given a spot to do my masters in Calgary. Not sure I'd like to be running through all that...

Hey Pedro, very nice picture. I live in Kelowna and the smoke has definately settled because of some rain in the last few days, but it was HORRIBLE before. Made it very hard to even breath and cause many people to end up in the hospital due to breathing problems.
