I went to the opening of the Fayetteville Arts Council 26th Annual Fine Arts Juried Competition and Exhibition last night because two of my pieces made the cut (about 30% of entries were declined).

It was such a kick seeing my work on the walls with other art. There was a nude in the room with one of my shots that was absolutely gorgeous!

About two hours into the show, Butterfly on Sunflower sold to a very happy client and was desired by several others. I left my contact info with the Arts Council so that those who wanted prints could get them.

I had such a great time last night and selling that print so quickly was just icing.
