I will be in Panama City, FL next week and was looking for suggestions of places/things to shoot.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I went 2 years ago. Although I didn't do much except sit on th beach with the kids, lots went on.
I rescued a girl being sucked out in a rip current (300 yds offshore) I had life vest on b/c I am a chicken....
....next day a sudden 30-40 mile/hr wind whipped up from nowhere lasting 20-30 minutes trapping a mother and daughter in the air in a "parasail". Wind was blowing them and the boat towards shore. They were very high and the "winch" (sp) could not reel them in. Three men had to climb the rope over shallow water and "weight" the parashute down. Very dangerous...but all was ok. Did not have my camera but did video tape the event.
...later that day someone caught a shark and landed it on the beach..no cam again...!
You'll have fun...just bring your cam and a polarizer if you have one!

Sorry, wrong side of the state for me, I don't know any cool locations around that area. I'm sure some of the western Floridians will chime in when they can. In the meantime, you might try searching for State Parks, etc. in that area via google.
