The scoring here as been weird - but good for me - as I started at a 5.2 and have kept going up all week. Maybe I have now jinxed my chances by saying this - watch the score drop now in leaps and bounds :-)

Up from yesterday, so I've that going. I agree with Courtenay: I think this is going to be an amazingly high scoring challenge, the big guns are rather quiet ;)

Free ribs (with jp's homemade sauce) -or- gumbo (made only the way a polack in the middle of nowhere could make it: perfect!) to the first, second, and third faves this photo gets during voting!!*

Hehehe! I have been identified through my shot! Wow! Amazing I say as this is not my usual post processing style. Believe it or not, almost zero post processing on this one ;)
I have a fave and i'm pretty sure it's for my Architecture shot and not my Beatles image ;) |

most shots that hover around that center 5 mark never get many comments... at least that's been my, albeit limited, experience.
you'll have to wait until post challenge for doc sneezy to put up his "need a comment on a 4.5-5.5 pic" thread to get comments...

I got a fav, but I'm also getting lower votes because people think I did something to my photo, which I didn't.
Many comments like 'don't know/wonder how you did/made this'. Well, only thing I did was shooting a picture, then cropped, darkened and sharpened it.

Sadly, not me although someone said that the shot was what an architectural photo should look like! At that point the score almost becomes irrelevant...
