What about direct links to people's posts? Similar to the effect of clicking and , but the link would navigate directly to a particular post, putting it at the top of the browser via "#post_id" or whatever. Might also help in user's profiles, where you view their last forum posts. Clicking the link to the thread from a user's profile might put you right at that user's post.

Ditto there. There is a way to link to an individual post now but it's way too unwieldy. A little link would be nice.
