Hmmm...I guess 79th place in the still life and not a member doesn't count...lol!
Am saving for both the membership and a DSLR. Soon, soon I hope :-)
Just discovered this site a few weeks ago and I have to say I'm addicted and learning loads already. |

A 5.6 for your first entry...now that shows promise...keep up the great work....you will love it here.

Okay...I was originally going to hand out one gift certificate for a years membership. And whilst I didn't get too many nominations for membership I did check out everyone who was put forward.
I finally got the choice down to 3 and then decided that I will give both the following members a Gift Certificate each.
Bosborne
Kerm
I found that these two registered users were keen in their photography and have made more comments than they have received. They have also participated in the forums quite a bit.
I was also very taken with Kerm's website and highly recommend that you all check it out.

I just want to tell Judi THANK YOU so much for the membership! I am so excited, I can't even tell you!! I have NEVER been at a loss for words and have felt like I'm walking on air this morning!!

You won't be dissappointed! I have so many ideas running thru my head and so many photographs to show everyone on this site!
You can't see me, but if you could, I'd be jumping for joy, turning cartwheels and singing your praises!!

OK...needed to add a quick note to this....It's not the $25 dollar membership (don't get me wrong, I LOVE that part...)but it's that someone actually looked at my sparse entries and decided that I was good enough for someone to take a chance on me!! THAT'S what I'm so excited about!!
You will NEVER know how that little email has saved my life!!!!!

Rubienne....I just wanted you to know that I really wanted to give you a membership too...but my wallet just doesn't stretch that far at the moment....I am hoping someone out there may help you become a member.
