After voting on so many good pictures in this challenge, I'm pretty sure that this will be one of the highest ranked challenges for a long time. I haven't seen so many excellent pictures in a long time.
Nice job everybody that participated in Seasonal Shots. I am already feeling kind of guilty for giving so many 9 and 10's |

I have to agree with you on that one! I have not finished woting on all of them But there are many awesome pictures there! Great job everybody! |

Yeah another great bugs and flowers show.
Damn Damn I could have put in the mandatory "Nude fits in any challenge" entry and made it complete..

Actually I rated rather low all the bugs and flowers shots because I tought they were repetitive and quite off topic.
Considering how wide was the scope of this challenge, I think it could have done much better.
I am also unhappy with my shot, but I am getting what it deserves.
Unfortunately I had no time to shot something better.

| I thought I had a very nice shot here, but when I saw all the thumbnails of the competition, they all looked like top placing shots. Oh well, mine's at 5.5 and it's my first submission, so I can't feel too bad. |

| Yeah, I don't feel bad at all about my Seasonal entry. I'm new and am happy with my second submission here. It could be better, but I don't have much time during the week and I don't have pro gear. I'm still learning Photoshop so I wasn't sure how far to go with it. It doesn't upset me that I won't place in the top 3. I'm using this site as motivation to get out and take pictures at all and get feedback. I'm just gonna do the best I can for my level right now. Everyone on this site seems to have their own expectation for what a photo should "be" in each challenge and he/she can make that statement in his/her own work. You can take the challenge titles literally or do something else with it that others might find "cutesy" or whatever. I don't care. I just want to see some effort in a shot. It does get tiring looking at the same subject again and again, but I like having a theme to meet and it's just a fact of what's going to happen with so many people entering. It does force me to slow down to see how each entry is interpreted differently. |

Just finished voting on seasons and was very dissapointed in the submissions, only about 6 of the entries were, imho, of a high standard AND met the challenge.

| The seasonal shots to me.(of course I am a new comer) is astounding! Some wonderful photos in this challenge, yes there were alot of flower and bug entries but the detail and imaginative angles and the clarity of these photos spoke for themselves. Good job everyone in the seasonal shots! They were awesome! |

| I am new here also, and my entry is really not the best either, but I was suprised to see a few more kind of like it. That is showing me that I need to get more creative. |

Hang in there newbies! It takes awhile to get to know how the voting goes. I've been here about 3 months and I'm finally breaking 5!
Sorry to hear you are voting all bugs and flowers low, hope the sensational ones can still get a decent vote. The good thing is if we think "out of the box" we will benifit!

There's some really great shots and some really bad ones too. I just knew mine would get me outta this stinkin 4 rut but it hasn't...:(
I'm at 4.9 so there's still hope! I hope... |
