I ordered a couple of books from them. One that I use as a sample book for model/portfolio stuff and one for wedding samples. They're not the highest quality in the universe, but certainly acceptable quality. I like their layout interface.

I don't have any direct experience with Photoworks, but I thought I would pass this along - Shutterfly is having a 50% off sale on large format prints from May 16-30. 20x30 prints are only 11.50, which is very inexpensive. I have not ordered prints that large there before, but I have ordered 8x10 and the like a few years back and I remember they did a good job.
