I have a Mini Trekker AW and I keep this in it:

Canon 5D w/battery grip
Canon EF 16-35 f/2.8L
Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L
Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro
Canon EF 50 f/1.8 II
Canon EF 1.4EX II extender

Canon Speedlite 580EX
Canon Speedlite 420EX
Canon ST-E2 Speedlite transmitter
Various filters
2 chargers (for flash and camera)
And my Manfrotto tripod

I then also have room for my iPod + headset , passport, keys plus various other travel items.

The bag isn't too big and I bring it in aircraft all the time as hand luggage (hopefully they'll never weigh it!).
