The first thing that pops in my head when I read your title was I won't get my photos till June. Of course that's not the case but in a world where everybody wants things yesterday your title gives the impression that your service is slow. Don't hate me for saying that! Just my silly opinion. :)

Keep photosbyjune.com and point it to the domain name of your choice. These days, having more than one domain name to market ones business with is de regeur (sp?). The more pointers you have, the better. PhotosByJune will appeal to a certain type of person while JuneisyHawkins (and I like your full first name because it is unusual and memorable) will appeal to people like me who prefer to deal with another sort of name. You can win both ways. |

Thinking this one through you can also use the "trading as" get out clause that means you do not have to change anything per se.
For example, Kate Bush always posts as "Kate Bush trading as (t/a) Noble and Brite".
So maybe you can go with something like:
Juneisy Hawkins t/a Photos by June
where "Photos By June" is the legal trading entity. In this way you can keep the .com address and just about everything else.
Personally I think Photos By June is fine but the "trading as" hook does allow you to use the registered name without making heavyweight changes.

A vote for 'June Hawkins Photography' or'J Hawkins Photography.'
I think it sounds more professional. I am on the side that doesn't care for "Photography by ***" names.
However, I think you should go with your gut :) So far, I have found the majority of my photo shoots have come from referrals anyways. As someone said, your photos will do the talking!
