First I am sorry for the long post but...
Ok I am confused here on their site, I want to upload images for one of the request but on one part of the site it says this
We only need low res images; once a sale has been agreed you can deliver the high res direct to the buyer.
Than on the part where you select the question about needed photos for whatever the subject may be right under the description it says this
Upload Guidelines for new images
Please only upload jpg files. (filename must end in '.jpg' or '.jpeg')
Suitable dimensions and quality would be a jpg, 500 pixels on the longest side, 72dpi.
(panoramics should be longer eg 700 by 200 pixels)
Use sharpen (once only) and save at jpg quality level 7 (70%)
The ideal file size would be less than 100k (200k is the maximum allowed).
But then below it says
PLEASE ONLY UPLOAD IMAGES THAT SPECIFICALLY FIT THE REQUEST.
Be objective about your images - compare them to others that have been uploaded.
If your images are of poor quality or unsuitable you are only wasting your own and the picture buyers time. To maintain the quality of the service persistent offenders will be removed from the system.
SO I am confused do I upload my low res files or high res files

You upload low res files and have the high res on the ready incase they are requested/sold.
PD does their QC process having only seen your low res file and takes your word for the size of the high res original
