I picked up a Lightspere II flash diffuser in January based on the raves taht were posted here, and then ended up getting a new flash in March which I had to get a new Lightsphere II for, so I no longer need the first one.

It's P1 sized, so please make sure it will fit your flash head. $35 shipped to CONUS. Oh and I'll toss the usage DVD in that came with my other Lightsphere.

interested if you can ship to the UK - need to adjust the price I guess!

I suppose I can try although I suspect you might be better off buying a new one direct in this case? I'll try and figure out the shipping though to the UK, but it might be a few days, I'm going to be away for the weekend.

Happy to wait although I think shipping to the UK is a lot cheaper than you may think, having lived out there for a while. Trust me when I say it is cheaper to buy from the US than from the distributor here in the UK :-)
