Freud is a theme rich with possible challenges, for example...
The Oedipalektra Challenge
Take a picture of what you'd really like to do to your mother.
The Freudian Slip Challenge
Take a picture of what's really bothering you while trying to take just another boring studio shot.
The Phallocentric Challenge
Take a still life that looks like genitalia when you squint at it.
The OCD Challenge with special rules
Take the same shot exactly 100 times, layer all 100 in photoshop with 1% opacity each.
The Dream Challenge
Take a group picture in which every person is you.

I think some versions of PS (and almost everybody's computer) are limited to 99 layers. Not everyone has any version either. |

Not difficulty, impossibility. There are many difficulties, more than I have time to list right now.
One of your other suggestions may run afoul of the TOS as well, depending on the meaning of "depict" ... |

I thought this was changed after PS 6.0. I'm pretty sure you can have more than 99 layers now.
Edit to add: Yup, after a bit of research I found that you can have a maximum of 8000 layers in one image.

Parents must be responsible for not allowing their children to squint... ;)
