I understand if I resize my pictures in my portfolio, I can add more. If I do that will I lose the comments I have received?

No. All you will be doing is replacing a file, not creating a new portfolio entry.

Go to the portfolio entry you want to replace. You'll see a line there for changing the file.

I must be missing something. I looked and just dont see it????

Go to MyHome/MyPortfolio
Select the collection then image

When on the image page there will be items labelled as follows:

Title
Collection
File
Details
Keywords

etc.

Next to the File box is a browse button. Use that to find the new file you want to upload. It will replace the existing file but will not create a new portfolio entry.

Click the 'Submit Changes' at the bottom of the page.

You should see a page like:
