Hi i have Kodak Z7590, I am facing pecuilar problem. Some of the Photographs are really sharp in terms of focussing while some are blur.

In some case i dont why my camera seem to have my background sharper as compared to my subject.

Did this just start happening, or has it always happened? If it just started happening, it would indicate a camera problem. If it has always been happening occasionally, that's normal. Sometimes the camera will lock focus on a background if the background has more contrast than the subject. The camera doesn't really know what ou consider "subject", so it guesses based on placement in the frame and contrast (edge detection).
It's not that common for this type of occasional problem to happen with a non-DSLR. That's because the AF system uses the main imaging sensor, and if something's wrong with that, it usually means imaging problems as well.

Most likely, your camera has an auto-focus "point" in the field of view. What it's focusing on might not always be the same thing that you are looking at. It may lock onto a more distant or closer point, focus on that, and then your intended subject is OOF. Make sure your eye's focus point and your camera's focus point are the same. Check your manual and see if you can change where this point is. If not, use the "half shutter button depress" method to force the camera to auto focus on your intended subject, then, keeping the button half depressed, recompose and shoot.
