| Is it possible to have a pictured okayed by the SC before you enter it. |

NO...I think you have to enter it and then request the validation. Otherwise they can't validate. This is b/c if they tell u the photo is good....you can simply change it or edit it and enter a different pic.
Validation says your "entry" is fair...

You can send it in via a ticket (Help > Contact) and get a few opinions on how SC members would vote (re: legal/not legal) but there is no official validation before the start of a challenge.
